What a weekend! The Ray Scapinello Road Hockey tournament is on Saturday in the parking lot at the University of Guelph. I’m happy to be back refereeing some games again: thanks Ray. The Stanley Cup will be there too and you can get your picture taken with it. It’s a great day for the kids and it raises lots of money for youth in our area as well.
Then I’m off to Hastings Stadium for the Guelph Royals home opener. It’s at 2pm against the defending champion Brantford Red Sox. Jenn and I will both be there so drop by the booth and say hi. Grab a Royals schedule and plan your weekends around a trip to the ball park.
