A 20-year-old Kitchener has been sentenced to two years on probation for crimes committed in 2007 and 2008.
A seven year old girl was sexually assaulted multiple times over the span at a home daycare in Kitchener, ran by the 20-year-old’s mother.
The home facility is no longer in operation.
The man was a youth at the time of the offence and cannot be named.
Two people are dead following a collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in Burlington.
It happened shortly before 9:30 last night, at Guelph Line and Davidson Court, north of the
Queen Elizabeth Way.
Police say the victims, believed to be a man and a woman in their 30s, were both on the motorcycle.
The driver of the other vehicle was unharmed.

Five boaters are back on dry land after a search and rescue
operation on Georgian Bay.
The search began yesterday morning after the boat failed to
return from a short trip the night before.
A helicopter from C-F-B Trenton found the boaters about 40
kilometres northeast of their starting point.
